Founder & CEO – Mr. Salley Adam: Mr. Salley Adam is the driving force behind Sal Sports Management. He attended the Institute of Professional Studies in Ghana, earning a Diploma in Accounting and later pursuing a certification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK). Mr. Adam worked in the commercial department of Tema Oil Refinery in Ghana before following his passion into sports management. A former football player himself, he first became a licensed football intermediary and gained extensive experience in the sports industry. In 2024, he obtained his official FIFA Football Agent License. His passion for the game, coupled with his resolve to help talented sportsmen and sportswomen break through against the odds, inspired the creation of Sal Sports Management.
