Sal Sports Management was founded through the vision of our CEO, Mr. Salley Adam. He began his career as a licensed sports intermediary and earned the FIFA Football Agent License in 2024. Inspired by his own days as a football player in Ghana and seeing many young athletes sent abroad for trials only to be left without support, Mr. Adam set out to do things differently. We built this agency to bridge the gap in unprofessional athlete management – dedicating ourselves to guiding young talent with the care and professionalism they deserve. From managing promising athletes at a young age through their post-career transitions, we provide a complete, lifelong management package. We strive to operate with passion and dedication, and our clients appreciate the difference in our approach. The very name Sal Sports Management carries special significance. Mr. Adam chose to put his name on the agency as a constant reminder to stay focused, dedicated, and resilient in our mission to help athletes. This personal commitment means there is no room for lapses in our focus.
